Concrete Studies

By definition, concrete art is abstract art devoid of any basis in observed reality and lacking symbolic meaning. My studies with János Fajó, the distinguished neo avant-garde painter directly influenced by the constructivist Lajos Kassák, were instrumental in shaping my artistic approach. The focused yet playful, puristic language of plain shapes and geometric moves, which 'arise from their own means,' proved highly instructive in working with diverse visual forms and cultivating a distinct sense of identity. These studies have evolved into an ongoing exploration, investigating the contemporary relevance of concrete forms in our accelerated time.
